It all begins with an in-depth virtual conversation with your coach. Your coach will discuss your goals, training background, nutrition, and sleep.

Step 2: Movement Assessment
Your Coach will take you through the OPEX movement assessment virtually. The goal is to get a better sense of your mobility, flexibility, motor control, and strength level.
We want to meet you where you are, the movement assessment allows us to do that.
Step 3: Chase Your Goals
Now the fun begins! Based on your goals and abilities, your coach will design a personalized fitness, nutrition and lifestyle program for you.
