    I have worked out with multiple personal trainers and gyms over the last 20 years and OPEX has been my best experience so far. The people - all of the trainers and floor coaches have been great to work with (Firass, Val, Jerome, Rachel, and Taylor). The facility- A wide variety of traditional and non-traditional equipment. I especially enjoyed working with the sled. Clean and organized. The programming- I really appreciate the week to week variety in my routine that keeps the workouts from getting stale. Have seen great progress towards my goals. The Atmosphere- a supportive safe inviting place with people at all stages of their fitness journey. The Technology- Really like the platform for access to my progress, routine, and communication with my coach. Very responsive to any questions and inquiries. Overall great facility!

    I met with Dr Yafa during my recovery from MVA. She has been very competent to deal with my concussion and migraines. She has been very compassionate and has plan for each symptom of mine. She has been very good and super helpful with my pregnancy and symptoms. With her help I had wonderful home birth. Highly recommend her!!

    Anastasia is the best massage therapist I have seen. She is very knowledgeable, and she has amazing technique. She listens to your concerns, then develops a plan to best treat the area. Her ability to quickly relieve sore tight muscles is amazing. She is very personable and easy to talk to. You can tell she genuinely cares for her client's. Absolutely amazing massage therapist.

    I came across OPEX by chance and have been very impressed from the beginning. Most gyms claim they're judgement free and that all are welcome but I have never seen a fitness environment as welcoming and inclusive as OPEX. After my initial conversation Firass picked the perfect coach for me. Taylor has been amazing. Able to cater to my individual needs, challenge me and cheer me on. I have seen a change in just 1 month. All the floor coaches have been very friendly and helpful. They make sure they know everyone's name. I highly recommend OPEX.
