Emma graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in December 2023 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, specialising in Exercise Science.
Her journey into kinesiology began through her own experience as a competitive dancer. After sustaining multiple injuries and working through rehabilitation to return to dance, Emma discovered her passion for exercise rehabilitation and the power of movement.
Over the past 6 years, she has worked in a variety of rehabilitation and fitness settings, supporting clients ranging from individuals with Parkinson’s disease to athletes and the general population. These experiences shaped her passion for movement, injury recovery, and functional fitness, ultimately leading her to pursue her BCAK certification.
Today, Emma helps clients achieve their goals by building sustainable, healthy exercise habits and developing self-efficacy. She works extensively with ICBC clients, supporting their return to work, school, and daily activities. In2025, she also became a certified Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise Specialist, inspired by her growing passion for helping expecting and new mothers feel strong, confident, and supported.
Emma believes that movement is medicine. Her approach is taking things one step at a time and cultivating lasting habits to enhance health, recovery, and overall well-being.
