Do you accept new patients and customers?
Yes. Both our Abbotsford and Chilliwack locations are accepting new patients and customers across all services. You can book online or call either clinic directly. No waitlist, no referral required.
Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor or RMT?
No referral is needed. You can book directly with any of our chiropractors, massage therapists, or other practitioners. If you are coming through ICBC or WorkSafeBC, some additional documentation may apply. Contact us and we will walk you through it.
How do I book an appointment?
Choose your service, preferred location, and practitioner, then pick a time that works for you. You can also call Abbotsford at (604) 743-6739 or Chilliwack at (604) 392-6866 and we will get you set up.
Insurance & claims
Do you direct bill insurance?
Yes, we direct bill most major extended health insurance providers for chiropractic, registered massage therapy, acupuncture, and active rehabilitation. We also accept ICBC and WorkSafeBC claims. Contact us before your appointment to confirm your coverage.
Do you treat ICBC motor vehicle accident claims?
Yes. We are registered ICBC providers. If you have been injured in a motor vehicle accident, you may be entitled to chiropractic, registered massage therapy, and active rehabilitation with no out-of-pocket cost. We handle the paperwork and bill ICBC directly. Contact us as soon as possible after your accident to begin treatment and protect your claim.
Our clinics
Are all services available at both Abbotsford and Chilliwack?
Yes. Chiropractic, RMT, acupuncture, active rehabilitation, counselling, and personal training are all available at both locations. The Chilliwack clinic is brand new and booking is now open. Some practitioners work across both locations depending on availability.
What makes OPEX different from a regular gym or clinic?
OPEX is the only facility in the Fraser Valley that fully integrates therapeutic wellness care and private fitness coaching under one roof. Your chiropractor, RMT, and fitness coach communicate directly about your progress, so your treatment plan and training program work together, not in silos.
Can I do both wellness and fitness at OPEX?
Absolutely, and we encourage it. Many customers combine chiropractic or RMT care with personal training as part of a complete health plan. Our practitioners and coaches coordinate directly, so your recovery and performance goals stay aligned.
