Emma Swanson

Emma graduated from UFV in December 2023 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Science. Her journey began through competitive dance, where injuries led her to rehabilitation and the power of movement.

She has worked 6+ years across rehab and fitness settings, supporting everyone from Parkinson’s patients to athletes to the general population. In 2025, she became a certified Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise Specialist, inspired by her passion for helping expecting and new mothers feel strong and supported.

Emma’s philosophy: movement is medicine. She works one step at a time, building sustainable habits for lasting health and recovery.
