Firass El Fateh

After graduating from high school in Abbotsford, Firass attended Saint Mary’s University in Halifax on a football scholarship. Upon completion of his Bachelor of Commerce degree, he moved back home and worked in corporate for 5 years.

His passion for fitness proved stronger than cubicle life. Firass completed his OPEX CCP and has coached for nearly a decade, helping countless people achieve their health goals through a holistic approach.

When not coaching, Firass enjoys working out, spending time with his wife, and raising his two young children.
